Accounts at Kula Connections are managed by Walla (our POS system).
Create your account one of two ways:
1) Select My Account on the KC home page and scroll down to: Don't have a Walla account? Click on: Sign up now!
2) Alternately, if you register for a class under Schedule or select a payment plan under Pricing, you will be prompted to create a Walla account if you do not already have one.

1) You will need to provide an email address to create an account, and will be asked to create a password that requires a minimum of eight characters and MUST include:
One lowercase letter
One uppercase letter
One number
One special character
2) It is optional to include your phone number and address. Having your phone number on file will allow Walla to send text updates about your upcoming classes.
3) Also, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver to attend classes.
4) It is required to have a credit card or debit card on file to pay for classes, plans or events you wish to attend.
You can manage your account settings and delete it in the future by selecting My Account

Yes, you can put an App from Walla on your phone that is linked to Kula Connections. Opening the App allows you to see the schedule and book classes.
Note: You must create an account on Kula Connections before enabling the App on you mobile device. See “how do I create a Kula Connections/Walla Account” above.
Once you have an account, the next step is:
From a mobile device click on:
From a desktop computer: Go to My Account, scroll to the bottom and scan the QR code with your phone to add the App.
Note that the App will show up as a blue “W” icon on your phone but is linked to Kula Connections after you log in.

Yes, as part of the account creation you must read and sign Kula Connections’ waiver. Once completed, it will not be required again when booking classes.

To sign up: Select Schedule and sort classes either by day, week, or a listing of all classes. Select the class you are interested in and follow the prompts to enroll. If you have not created a KC Account with Walla, you will be prompted to do so. To create an account, go to My Account
To cancel a class you have booked: go to My Account, select “Your Schedule”, find the class and and click on Cancel.
All this can be managed from the Walla App too!

All of our yoga classes offer single-class “Drop-In” pricing. We offer a variety of unlimited yoga class plans, and multi-class plans also. See our Pricing page for more details.

Events and yoga classes have different pricing structures. Each Event will have a drop-in price to pay at booking. Events are not included in the Monthly Unlimited Memberships or Class Passes, however, Founders’ Circle and Sustaining Memberships do include some free Events.
Please inquire with the Studio Director if you have interest in purchasing Event Plans as KC may offer this option in the future.

We have plenty of free parking in front of our building and in the lot directly behind it.
Please avoid parking in the spots directly in front of our neighbor’s for the salon, barbershop, and Cook House, particularly before 2pm.

Specific yoga attire is not required. Our Intro to Yoga class students are encouraged to wear any clothing that is comfortable and does not restrict movement.

We encourage students to bring their own mats however, we do have some mats available to borrow. We have a variety of bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets available for use.

Yes! We have a hydration station where you can fill your bottle with filtered water.

Class Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations may be canceled without charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class or failure to attend may result in the loss of the class credit or a late cancellation/no-show fee, depending on your membership or class package.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation as early as possible so another member may join the class. If late cancellation is due to health reasons, contact the Studio Director to apply for a refund.

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the class or event begins, especially if you are new to the studio.
To minimize disruption and ensure everyone's safety, once the class or event has started, late entry will be permitted at the discretion of the instructor.
If you anticipate arriving late, please contact the studio if possible.

Please remove your shoes before entering the Studio.
Store shoes, coats and large bags in the Kula Room. Small personal items (keys, wallet, phones) can be stored in the cubbies located in the Studio.
Please keep walkways clear for the safety and comfort of all guests.
Kula Connections is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Please silence or turn off all electronic devices before entering the Studio.
If you must take an urgent call, please quietly step outside the Studio (sound carries in our space so outside is your best option).
We ask that conversations be kept quiet before and after class to help maintain a peaceful environment.
There is no public Wi-Fi at KC. It is reserved for staff.
Please be respectful of fellow participants and instructors by creating a space that supports mindfulness, presence, and community.
